What makes you different?

All our mixes are gluten free, grain free, refined sugar free and never contain anything artificial.

What are the ingredients in your mixes?

What are your nutritional standards?

Full nutritional info for any of our products can be found on its product page. The nutrition facts are for the final baked good.

How do I prepare a mix?

We’re here to make your life easier. Detailed instructions of how to prepare each mix is on the back of the pack. For details on which ingredients you will need to add to your mix, check out the product page.

How should I store my mixes and baked goods?

Store the mix in a cool dry place. Our mixes do not contain any preservatives or additives (yey!), so once baked they are usually best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days unless specified differently on the pack.

Are your products gluten free and/or dairy-free?

Yes, our mixes are gluten free and dairy free.

Is Good Mess organic?

While most of our ingredients are organic, our products are not yet legally certified organic. Organic certification is a long (and time consuming!) process that we’re still in the process of completing.

Can your packs be recycled?

Yes, our packs can be recycled.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURN
Can I update my shipping address, edit, or cancel my order once I place it?

If you’d like to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible at hi@eatgoodmess.com with your order number and we’ll do everything we can to catch your order before it ships out!

Where can Good Mess be shipped to?

We currently ship our products throughout the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally :( keep an eye out as we grow though - we hope to be in your country soon (let us know where you want it so we make it a priority?)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping for all orders over GBP 27 is free. Shipping cost for orders below GBP 27 is GBP 2.99.

How long will it take for my order to arrive and how do I track it?

We process most orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2-3 days. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info.

My order arrived, but it’s damaged!

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hi@eatgoodmess.com with photos of the damage and we will get this sorted out right away.

Do you accept refunds or replacements?

Since our products are food items, all sales are final and cannot be returned. However, if there’s an error with your order or if an item arrives defective (we’re so sorry!), please email us at hi@eatgoodmess.com and we will take good care of you!
